Is this the norm in October or was this some freak thing?
snow in october isn't abnormal, but this much snow is. last year they only got 38 inches all winter.
Only you....recent beach leavers could go someplace and almost reach last years snowfall quota. That sounds like my luck. Reminds me of the movie Baby Boom. If I lived there it would still be snowing!

it isn't that bad, they obviously handle snow up here better. the heavy wet snow did cause several trees still full of leaves to break and cause power outages due to downed power lines.
